Customers choose us for the expert insight and skills they need to change faster, more easily and more profitably. They stay with us for the long term because they trust us to deliver each and every time.

Sidero was founded in 2013 and is located in Athlone, Ireland, with a network of local and international partners. With our core of 150 engineers, we have a combined over 1700 person-years of knowledge of and experience in large-scale software systems, legacy migration, cloud transformation and automation to create innovative software solutions.

We're best described as quietly successful. From very modest beginnings, we've concentrated on the doing, not telling. It's a strategy that has paid off for us since our customers choose to stay with us. We're easy to do business with and we're proud that we can show long-standing customer relationships as a result.

Carmel Owens - CEO

“Delivering always is our mantra at Sidero. I’ve worked in senior roles in both large and small companies so I understand how to marry the sleeves rolled-up mentality of a small business with the scale and ambition of a larger one. I consider myself to be a pretty hands-on CEO. I’m not that far removed from the day-to-day running of the business that I won’t pick up the phone to customers myself! After all, it’s only by listening to them that we know our plans are heading in the right direction. That personal touch is one of the qualities that sets us apart from other software companies.”
